What we collect

• Details you enter in the booking form: name, business email, company, role, website, industry, employee range, approximate retained history, and a general description of your systems.
• Your consent choices, and when you gave them.
• Basic technical information such as the page you came from and which button you used to open the form.

Please do not submit confidential records, client information, personal data, account numbers or passwords through this site.

How we use it

• To contact you and schedule your Opportunity Review. This is covered by your booking consent.
• To prepare for and follow up on the conversation.
• To send educational updates, only if you opted in separately. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Introductions

We do not share your details with any purchasing partner or other third party for an introduction unless you authorize that in writing, after we have disclosed the partner and our financial relationship with it. Booking a review is not that authorization.

Service providers and retention

We use hosting, database and email providers to run this site and send messages. They process data only on our behalf. We keep booking details only as long as needed for the purposes above, and you can ask us to delete them.

Your choices

Email us to access, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw marketing consent.

Our role

Valued Data provides education, preliminary fit reviews, and introductions to referrals. We are not the purchaser of your data and may receive compensation for qualifying referrals.
